Internship Overview
• 📌 Position: Program Manager Intern
• 📍 Location: Seattle
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full Time
Placed inside Amazon’s Global Operations & Enterprise Services group, interns tackle high-impact projects such as improving robotics throughput, scaling last-mile delivery software, or launching sustainability pilots. Your summer roadmap is matched to your skills and Amazon’s real-time priorities—no two interns share identical projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Break down ambiguous problems, gather data, and draft clear project charters with measurable goals.
• Create forecasting or optimization models in Excel, SQL, or Python to size financial and customer impact.
• Build implementation schedules aligned with senior-leadership OKRs; track risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, finance, and ops to pilot new tools, dashboards, or automation scripts.
• Develop visualizations in QuickSight or Tableau that feed Weekly Business Reviews.
• Document lessons learned so pilot wins can scale across Amazon’s global network.
• Present final recommendations to Directors and VPs—expect probing questions and the thrill of seeing your ideas adopted.
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program; graduation between Dec 2026 – Jun 2027
• At least 18 years old and able to work full-time for all 12 weeks.
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable writing basic SQL or code in Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated leadership—whether club officer, hackathon finalist, varsity captain, or side-project founder.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complexity for executives.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for the summer (Amazon covers eligible moving costs).
