As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you’ll be working with the Global Business Services (GBS) division β a strategic service organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and streamlining core business processes for Siemens worldwide. This is not a temporary internship; it’s a long-term opportunity with full-time scope and permanent status.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, youβll be responsible for supporting key automation and project execution activities, including:

Assisting with global projects in Building Automation Systems (BAS) across assigned countries or regions

Understanding HVAC system requirements and preparing engineering packages with proper guidance

Collaborating with project leads to create high-quality control system designs

Performing quality checks using internal checklists and ISO-compliant documentation
