Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll take on a dynamic role focused on onboarding clients and ensuring smooth production launches. Some of your day-to-day tasks include:

Collaborate with external clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage the full onboarding lifecycle.
Gather technical requirements and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage client-specific software configurations and ensure system readiness.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and enhance tooling to make the process more efficient.
Work closely with traders and platform engineers to ensure robust technical integration.
Participate in improving client experience and internal engineering workflows.

Qualifications & Eligibility

This role is for professionals with both technical and communication skills. You’ll thrive here if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Are familiar with FIX protocol and experienced in FIX certification and testing.
Are comfortable working in UNIX/Linux environments.
Have solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understand networking protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, and client connectivity.
Possess programming or scripting experience (Python, shell scripts, etc.).
Have worked with electronic trading systems, especially in asset classes like Futures, Options, Equities, or FX.
