Role Overview

📌 Position: Full Stack Developer, Associate
📍 Location: Gurgaon, India
⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

In this role, you will work with the Aladdin Product Group within BlackRock’s Alternatives Department. You’ll be contributing to the development of eFront Invest, a key part of BlackRock’s private markets platform. This role blends both backend and frontend responsibilities in a global, collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and building new product features from concept to deployment
Writing efficient, testable, and maintainable code across the full stack
Working on cloud-based deployments and contributing to SaaS product development
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participating in Agile ceremonies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and cloud production monitoring
Supporting incident response and issue resolution in the cloud environment
Integrating continuous feedback and maintaining high code quality across platforms

Qualifications & Eligibility

This opportunity is best suited for professionals with a foundation in both frontend and backend technologies:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven experience in software development or full stack engineering
Familiarity with C#, .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Ability to read and adapt existing codebases
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in learning about financial products and investment platforms is a plus
