Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Control Intern at Volvo Group, your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Analyzing freight data to support logistics efficiency and post-audit improvements
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities that drive cost savings
• Assisting with matching freight data from multiple systems and validating accuracy
• Supporting documentation efforts and streamlining financial reports
• Contributing to automation initiatives using tools like Power BI

Qualifications & Eligibility
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:
• Be enrolled in a Finance or related undergraduate program
• Have completed at least 30 credit hours by the start of the internship
• Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or above
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Understand the basics of accounting and data analysis
• Demonstrate skills in tools like Power BI (preferred)
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
