Internship Overview

📌 Position: Finance Intern
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC | Minneapolis, MN | Irving, TX
⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Finance Intern, you will work across different finance divisions based on your location, interests, and business needs. Key tasks include:

Supporting planning and financial analysis for specific business units
Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities
Conducting data analysis and preparing reports for decision-making
Assisting with investment portfolio research and reporting
Engaging in weekly check-ins, mentorship sessions, and development workshops
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data modeling and visualization
Gaining exposure to various business units including Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Strategic Finance

Qualifications & Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Pursuing a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
Demonstrated interest or coursework in finance, analytics, or accounting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Alteryx (preferred)
Involvement in student organizations, leadership roles, or extracurricular activities is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Wells Fargo does not sponsor visas for internships)
