Internship Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support active Ryder projects by applying classroom learning to real-world situations
• Observe how cross-functional teams contribute to company-wide objectives
• Join internal business meetings and contribute to project-based tasks
• Develop core skills like analytical thinking, collaboration, and public speaking
• Take responsibility for tasks assigned within your department
• Carry out other duties as directed by project leads or supervisors

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (field not restricted)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage project deadlines
• Motivated self-starter who can work both independently and with teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
