Internship Overview
• 📌 Position: Engineer Trainee
• 📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
• ⏱ Time Commitment: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
• Partner with PCB, electrical, and power-electronics engineers to support design and development projects.
• Develop and execute subsystem validation test plans using a mix of literature review and hands-on testing.
• Provide technical assistance during commissioning and service activities, ensuring solutions perform as intended.
• Document test results, equipment configurations, and key learnings in clear, concise project reports.
• Contribute to advanced distribution network automation proposals, including modeling, analysis, and concept development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Apply on-the-job training to refine existing power-electronics designs and explore new product concepts.
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering.
• Completed relevant coursework or internship experience in embedded hardware, PCB design, or power systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with power-system design and simulation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
